Tracy was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma cancer on June 22, 2017. She also has 5 fractures in her back. She began chemotherapy treatment for the cancer on Monday, July 17, 2017, with the hope of putting the Myeloma cancer into remission. The oncologist's plan is that once the Myeloma cancer is put into remission, Tracy would undergo a bone marrow transplant (stem cell transplant) at the Myeloma clinic at the Mayo Hospital in Rochester. The stem cells would be harvested from Tracy and the process could take from 3-9 weeks to complete.
