This has been a trying summer. In July, I was diagnosed with both melanoma (in situ- stage 0) and Nodular Lymphocyte Predominant Hodgkin's Lymphoma (stage 2). Two different cancers that are not related. I will have the melanoma removed September 4th and chemo for my lymphoma is scheduled to start September 20th. I have been surrounded and uplifted by so many caring and loving family and friends! I hope to keep everyone updated on my journey and I also hope that journaling will be cathartic through this process.
