It's hard to tell people bad news... especially people you care about.   So far in my journey, hurting my loved ones with this news, has been the hardest part.  My work at The Little Gym has always been about trying to bring smiles, inspiration, and happiness in the families of the classes that I teach...  However,  I am diagnosed with small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma... primary site colon, and spots in the liver.   Sharing this doesn't usually illicit a smile, but I intend on proactive positivity... I know for every grey cloud there is a silver lining, and I am especially pointing those out when I see them!   I can not worry, because it's in God's hands, but I can ask you to earnestly pray!!!!
Some people will want to know the ups and downs,  the details of the treatments, and others may not.  For those that want to know, my intention is to keep this updated so people can check in to see how I am doing.
Besides prayer, you can call my family and caregivers to see what they need, call The Little Gym of Gurnee to donate time (and enroll 😜),  Or http://gf.me/u/bmtk7e.

If I am feeling well enough to be out and about, cancer is the last thing I want to talk about... I want to be positive and present ... so this will be the place for all that cancer related talk
