Thanks for coming to my website here on Caring Bridge. I started this site to update family and friends about my recent diagnosis. I will try to update with my progress in the days and months ahead.

My story begun on September 7th 2016

I was diagnosed with stage 2 invasive ductal carcinoma (IDC) 2-3 cm tumor that I found by doing a self breast exam .

Stage 2 is considered EARLY:) and BEATABLE:)

The plan is 18 weeks of chemotherapy to shrink the tumor, and then surgery to follow and remove it.

Chemotherapy will starts October 13th 2016.

Thank you to all my amazing family and friends that will be with me through out this journey!!! :))))

I had a procedure yesterday October 10, 2016  which was a port placement that will allow me to receive my chemotherapy. My chemotherapy will start later this week.
