Tonya Klees

First post: Apr 29, 2016
Welcome to Tonya's CaringBridge site. We've created it to keep friends and family updated through her recovery. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement during this time when it matters most. Tonya had an accident early Sunday morning, April 24th, when she hit her head. This resulted in brain surgery Sunday morning after they found a brain bleed that was getting worse fairly quickly. Surgery went well and she was sent to the neuro ICU at Mayo to begin her journey of recovery. Monday she made some great improvements, including being able to have the breathing tube removed and opening one of her eyes. Today, Tuesday, she has been able to talk a little, open both eyes, and go for short walks. Tonya has a long road ahead, but things are going well.

Cards and flowers are welcome. However, visitation is limited for Tonya at this time.
