Welcome to my CaringBridge website. I am using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. I appreciate your support, prayers,  and words of hope and encouragement. It is also a place where you can share with me recipes for cancer patients, offers for transportation, look at my current photos, and follow my upcoming journal. I thank you for visiting. I began my journey with 'active' Multiple Myeloma on 31 March 2020 and am currently undergoing the prescribed chemotherapy regimen for this incurable cancer of the bone marrow plasma cells (which make antibodies.) I have the best care team in this part of the country, at UT Health/MD Anderson  at the Mays Cancer Centre in San Antonio, TX. Dr. Matthew Butler and his team are 'the best'...and I thank them.
