Over 15 years ago Tommy was diagnosed with diabetes and about a decade ago he was diagnosed with chronic pancreatitis. He's worked with his care team to effectively manage these conditions and courageously overcome issues with his feet and vision. Unfortunately his kidney function has declined over the years and he is now taking steps to prepare for a kidney transplant, hoping to avoid dialysis and prolong his quality of life.



By God's grace, Tommy continues to work full time as a paramedic and engage in family activities.  When asked to describe his reason for seeking a kidney transplant, he said, "to be here for my son." Tommy and our family trust God with this journey.
