On Saturday, October 16th, our youngest son Todd was shot in the face. The bullet entered the right side of his face and exited through the back of his head. Todd was in a coma in the ICU Neurology unit at the University Cincinnati hospital for a week and a half before he started to come out of the coma. Then, on Friday, November 5th, Todd was transferred to the Drake Center where he began the arduous journey of rehabilitation.

We ask for your prayers for healing for Todd, for the wisdom and guidance of the physicians and therapists, and for strength and endurance for Beth and me. We also ask for prayers for Todd's son, Amir, who we haven't seen since the incident, and for his girlfriend Nami, who has not taken our calls.
