Toccoa Jordan

Most of you probably know that Toccoa has been dealing with kidney dysfunction for several years.  She had a kidney removed in 2011 and entered into pertoneall dialysis at home in 2014.  Although she continues to try and lead a normal life,   she struggles with fatigue, nausea, pain and depression, Thankfully she  has been able to  volunteer at CMH for the last 3 years, which keeps her active.  We all know what a caregiver she is.
Toccoa's ultimate goal has been to have a kidney transplant.  Miraculously her beloved husband Mike Jordan has been  approved as a match!  WOW!
So on Tuesday August 1, 2017, both Toccoa and Mike will undergo surgery.  As they lay side by side, Mike's kidney will be removed and put into Toccoa's body, giving her a new lease on life...no more dialysis, an opportunity to live a normal life!  They will both be in recovery.  So while you are signing up to help Toccoa, remember that we will be helping Mike recover as well.  Thank you to anyone who can help with meals or transportation over the next couple months.  I completely understand we ALL have busy lives, so if you cannot physically help, no worries...Please pray for them, as prayer is the most powerful tool available.
