Tina Applegate Tina's Progress

First post: Sep 14, 2016 Latest post: Sep 30, 2019

Tina was diagnosed end of July 2016 with Myelofibrosis which is a rare form of Leukemia. She has been doing well considering the disease stops your bone marrow from producing blood cells causing your spleen to actually produce them. This causes the spleen to enlarge and creates mutated blood cells. She has had 4 blood transfusions since July and is waiting for a Bone Marrow Transplant. She has gone to working part time due to the fatigue caused by the disease.

Hopefully if you follow the Journal entries progress will be coming very soon.
