Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting. My story began with what I thought, I was stress related chest pains, after putting it off for awhile, I realized it was something more.
One morning while walking the dogs it became obvious that the chest pain shouldn't be ignored. I surprised everyone at the hospital who did the lesser tests, who found minimal abnormalities then, when they did the angiogram they found two signifantly blocked arteries on the left side of my heart. Which they can only do by open heart due to their position, size and blockage.   I'll be having t surgery on September 15 and have set this site up to help me communicate the best with those who want to follow along and pray for us. Having had a stroke 12 years ago, I know this will be a marathon not a sprint but my goal is to be able to do the next Chicago Spartan on June 23, 2018 (our 40th anniversary of dating). We cherish all your good wishes and look forward to seeing you with a healthy heart soon.  Thankfully, Tim
