Tim was diagnosed with Biclonal Multiple Myeloma - High Risk - Stage II cancer on April 8th, 2016.  He is currently receiving outpatient treatment and scheduled to being a Stem Cell Transplant on August 12th at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN.

On New Years Day in 2014, Tim went into the local emergency room with flu-like symptoms.  While he was at the hospital they performed a CT scan and the radiologists found an issue with his kidney and referred him to a local Urologist.  On February 28th, 2014, the Urologist determined that Tim had Renal Cell Carcinoma - Stage II.  He had a large tumor laying crosswise on the bottom of his kidney.  The tumor and kidney were encased together.  The doctor was able to remove the kidney and tumor with no complications.  Since the cancer had not spread, no chemo or radiation was needed.  He spent the following two years having regular scans and check-ups.

The early part of 2016 Tim started to have some prostate issues.  After multiple follow-up visits with his doctors, and many tests, scans and biopsies, Tim was diagnosed with Stage II Multiple Myeloma.  He has completed three rounds of outpatient chemotherapy-like treatments and will have one more round before he goes to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN for a Stem Cell Transplant.

Tim is a loving father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and a dear friend to many.  Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers as he fights this terrible disease.
