Cindy was diagnosed with breast cancer on June 28th, 2016. After many many appointments, the plan is for a right side mastectomy immediately followed by reconstruction on August 15th. They are telling us she will be in the hospital 3 - 4 days and then recovering from home for 8 weeks. We don't know about chemo or radiation yet because it all depends on some more lab results after the surgery.
Why 3bricksmom you ask? First of all its my twitter hashtag and instragram - no I don't post much. 3 because I have three kids bricks because i loved legos as a kid and so do my own kids mom well, see point above Some would also say I am a "few bricks shy of a full load" - and that makes me laugh.
The picture is me at King Triton's palace at Tokyo Disney this past March. Little mermaid is still my favorite Disney movie. Beach theme because Brian promised me a tropical trip when we beat this.
