Friends and family. I know many of you are interested in updates on my health and treatment. Last two weeks, has been heavy and life changing and a reminder that life can throw a curve for any of us at anytime. I have been diagnosed with Metastatic Melanoma in my lower lung.   I know many have asked "why? of "how could this happen?" and believe me, we have as well but also know those questions mentally do nothing so I'm choosing instead of focusing on the strength and health I have to fight and pray daily to conquer this 100%.  I do believe that if it was not for my awesome wife making me go to the doctor two weeks ago to see about some allergy spray for some wheezing...this never would have been diagnosed. She was put in my life for many reasons, this is a big one. :) I know there are many scary things on the internet about Melanoma but also have learned that there have been some significant advancements in the treatment over the past 3-5 years. I have numerous things to my advantage, appears to be localized, my baseline health is strong, and certainly most important a faith in a God that can heal.  Thank you all for the support. Below are updates in the attempt to keep folks informed. I will still be active and very much normal as much as possible.
