Thank you for joining this Caring Bridge page for Terry Cagle! We will put all updates on this page.

On Wednesday, Jan. 11, Terry was playing his usual game of basketball with a group of guys he plays with every Wednesday. During the game Terry took a fall, landing hard on his head.  He was said to be unconscious for about 5 minutes.  He was taken by ambulance to Medical City Hospital McKinney where he was admitted to their ICU to be cared for.  His head injury turned out to be quite significant. He has a right frontal subdural hematoma. He has a couple of small bleeds in his brain, but the doctors say they should absorb.  This is a huge praise, as no surgery was needed. His head pain has been challenging to manage, but is getting a little better each day.  The doctors are saying that recovery could be lengthy.

The Cagle family deeply values your prayers!  Pray for the pain he is experiencing in his head to cease- it has been excruciating! Pray also for complete healing, and for rest and peace for the family! Becki is staying with Terry at the hospital. He is really not up for visitors for now, as it is too much stimulation.  We will let you know if and when that changes.  Thank you, thank you for your precious prayers!
