Terri Trester

First post: Mar 12, 2017 Latest post: Sep 6, 2017

Terri was struck down by a strep bacteria in her brain. She was found having a seizure at approximately 6am Thursday morning. 3-9-2017.
Due to the unknown length of the seizure, it is impossible to tell what damage may have occurred. Right now she is in ICU Fighting for her life.
She has been diagnosed with meningitis streptococcus. Also she has pneumonia, and broken heart disease which were caused by the seizure. Due to the length of the seizure (unknown 40 minutes up to 6.5 hours) she may have neurological damage.

As of today...she is still sedated and has not been able to communicate. She is fighting the air tube, and has been able to breath on her own as a test for 2 hours. She is back on the respirator, still sedated and fighting. The pneumonia is beatable, the broken heart disease can be beat with medication. The neurologist will assess if or any damage has occurred in the next few days.

The family only needs prayers...as many as you can!

Thank you,

Her loving husband Bart, 2 boys, Dean and Benjamen, and her father Fred.
