Hi.
Many people are aware, and some may not, that my sister Terri has been dealing with ovarian cancer on and off for the last three years.
We (Terri, Liz, and I) decided this would be the best way to keep everyone that knows Terri, informed of how she has been doing and what is going on.
This last week she ended up in the hospital in the cities at the U of M.
Thinking it was maybe her chemo pills or some kind of blockage, we have found out that is not what is causing her sickness.. Her doctors have said that her cancer hasn’t gotten any better and feel this is the reason for her getting sick. Her cancer has moved to the outside of her bowel and that is why she has a G-Tube placed thru her nose and down into her stomach. (Helps her from being so nauseated).
They are hoping to get it placed in her stomach instead so she is mobile. Then the next step is to get home and start with some more chemo.
This last couple months have been tough on her, but she doesn’t complain any.
She is very much looking forward to going home to see her kitty Daisy. 😊🐾❤️
