                 Hello everyone! Thank you for visiting! 
                                                   In the month of October, my mom went in for a routine mammogram. She was told, as she has many times, they found a lump and they need to biopsy it. We have been down this road many times before and they are always just a fatty dense lump.  So we assumed we would get the same call, dont worry, everything is ok. Well, on October 25th, I received the call no child wants to hear, Its Cancer! As most would, I lost it. But then i came to the realization, i have to be there to help my mom and be there for everything and support her. Since the call, she has been to Oncologist and seen many doctors. At first we were told it was lymphoma, so they did a full body scan and a blood test to see what else was going on. The good news is the lymphoma has not spread to all her lymphoid, but the bad news is they also found leukemia in her blood. We have not yet heard what treatments she will be having or any further information. Please keep my mom and our family in your prayers as we start this journey to beat Cancers Butt! We will continue to update everyone as we learn about her journey! Thank you all!
