Teri Lynn Stackhouse

Teri Lynn has had creeping osteoarthritis in her hands and other bones of her body for over ten years. At this point, she will have to have surgery December 18 on her left hand for bone spurs, which have crowded into the thumb area, causing both sharp and dull pain that continues to increase.

It’s amazing surgery: the hand surgeon will remove one of the tiny bones in the hand, just below the thumb, and will take a ligament and wrap it up around that area, so that it will stabilize and control the thumb. The terrible pain should be gone almost immediately, but the healing will be lengthy, 2 months off of work, minus the winter break- lowering regular income of her full-time job.

Her full-time job is to work from home for a virtual educational institution in the state of Ohio. On the side, she does some preaching and teaching, in local churches, and is a coordinator for a couple of unpaid faith based projects, and one stipended project.

We are asking whether anyone can contribute help her fill the missing 40% of her income following her surgery on December 18, 2023.

After her husband‘s death, as Will died on November 30, 2021, her financial situation has been less than ideal, while also launching two of her children into their own spaces, as adults.

Would you be willing to contribute something towards this missing 40%, which will need to cover 1-2 months of nearly half of her salary? Currently her salary is $2800 per month. This salary covers almost all of her expenses of running a household. Missing $1200-$1400 of that, approximately, will be very difficult during the December 2023 - January 2024 start.

A link will be posted shortly through GoFundMe on Facebook or you may use Venmo, for donations to cover both expected and unexpected expenses, for this December-January timeframe of 23-24.

We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting. ♥️
