Liz Bennett Team Liz

Liz was diagnosed with invasive breast cancer in October 2016. She started chemotherapy in early November and her treatment will last until early March. At that time, it will be determined the type of surgery she needs.  The prognosis is excellent and thanks to some new drugs, the chemo will target Liz's specific type of cancer. It will be a very tough road but she is expecting a full recovery.

We know we will not make it alone, and with the love and support of our new community in Los Angeles and our friend and family network, we are optimistic.

Many have asked what they can do - please pray for Liz or otherwise send blessings, love and healing vibes and notes of encouragement -- they are greatly appreciated.

Other ways to support Liz, Ben,  Reuven and Zeke:

-Leo Baeck Temple graciously set up a mealtrain  (https://mealtrain.com/592krk) to help with food.
-Make a donation: We set up a website  (https://goo.gl/N4rnCH) for folks who want to assist with medical and  childcare and babysitting expenses, which will be significant.  (We are not taking donations through this CaringBridge site.)
- Also, if you want to send Reuven and Zeke a book that would be great. They love to read and we love to snuggle with them. Our address is 163 Barlock Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90049.
