The Bad News:
A couple of weeks ago, our friend Kim Morris found out she has breast cancer. Unfortunately, this is an aggressive type of cancer, but Kim has made a good plan with the oncologist and has already started her battle! Chemotherapy is her first line of treatment, followed by surgery and radiation. She blew through her first chemotherapy treatment last Friday at Northside Hospital, with the help of new Wonder Woman socks from her  daughter, Kate. She remained strong and smiling, despite six hours of sitting in a chair! She will have another round of chemo in a few weeks and plenty more tests.
The Good News:
We all know that Kim is an amazingly strong woman and has survived losing Jason and raising three fabulous kids. But now, more than ever, she needs your support. Her friends and family will keep this page updated with her progress as her treatment continues. You may leave messages on this page to help her laugh, sympathize, or just know how much she is loved and supported!
