Jared Burris, our 29 year old son, is recovering from Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS) in Everett, WA. He started with the flu and moved to pneumonia in both lungs and now ARDS that has caused severe damage to his lungs. So much that they have sedated him since Thursday April 21 and put him on a ventilator. He is going to be on the respirator for an unknown amount of time and the longer he is the longer a period of rehabilitation he will have to go through to get back on his feet. ARDS is very dangerous and can be lethal.  We covet your prayers for our son.
