I was diagnosed with Invasive Ductal Breast Carcinoma on Tuesday, December 17, 2019.

The Doctors are calling it Stage I, but final staging will be determined after surgery. The good news is that this is the most common type of Breast Cancer, thus it's the most treatable and curable as well.

I am thankful for SOOO many friends and family that have lovingly surrounded us with prayers and support and have created this site as an easier way to broadcast info about my health journey so that they can keep praying!

I currently work as a Church Secretary at Westosha Lakes Church in Salem, WI and I absolutely LOVE my job. It's a perfect fit for me where I can use my God-given gifts to serve others in the church and I truly see it as a ministry.

My husband Frank is a Police Sergeant and we have 2 boys- Frankie and Ben who are 9 and 7. They are such a gift to us (tho they tend to fight a LOT, lol!) and already this experience has brought our family closer than before.

I believe everything happens for a reason and that our Sovereign God is in control of all things. I believe that my complete healing will ultimately come from Him (through the doctors and nurses and staff). I am thankful for this opportunity to share my faith- it's the only way I have been able to be strong and get through each day.
