Taylor K Taylors Ticked Off

Hi everyone, i'm Taylor. I am almost 22 years old and a senior at Alfred University majoring in art and design with a focus in painting and graphic design. For my design senior thesis I am working towards a Lyme Disease campaign called "Ticked Off" for people living with Lyme, like myself. I was diagnosed when I was 16 as a sophomore in high school. I was diagnosed and treated too late so as a result, I am suffering from Chronic Lyme Disease or Post-Treatment Lyme Disease. This means I am still experiencing symptoms like blurred vision, lack of concentration, muscle and body aches, tenderness of the skin, anxiety, and many other physical and neurological issues. Through my campaign I hope to gain access to information concerning long-term diagnosis and treatment, as well as just offering my support to others living with the disease. My goal is to let patients know they are not alone and to always listen to their body, no matter how many times they are misdiagnosed or ignored. I would love to give those patients a voice of importance through "Ticked Off" and try to make a difference in the silent world of Lyme. Thanks for reading!
