Taylor Cameron Taylor Kicks Cushings

Hi I'm Taylor and I'm 13yrs old and I have Cushings Disease. It's scary to know you have a tumor in your brain, but I'm a good person and I know God will take care of me. I wanted to start a journal of my journey to kick Cushings Disease. It's been hard for me the past couple years because I'm an identical twin and my sister Breanna is skinny, has lots of energy and gets to wear really cute clothes. With my Disease I've gained 80lbs in a year. I hate clothes shopping so much now. My momma takes me shopping by myself because it hurts my feelings when my sister wants to match clothes and I can't fit in those sizes anymore. I tell my mom I have to wear old lady clothes because that's all that fits. I can't wait to be able to get healthy and feel good and get skinny. My aunt Savannah is a health coach and she's going to help me and has already given me a video to do after my surgery. I love my family and friends so much and they have been helping so much with everything. I hope people will follow me on here and want to hear my story and watch me get healthy. When I get older I want to be a veterinarian and take care of animals. I read dogs can get this Disease too. That's crazy to me but hopefully I will find a cure so they won't have to go through this sickness and neither will people.  I'll talk to you each day that I can and my momma will help when I can't.  Thank you to everyone who's been praying for me.
