Hello. My name is Tanya.  I sustained a quadricep tear on Saturday, Sept 12, 2020 from a fall. I understand this kind of injury is not common.  In my reading, I also understand the full recovery is about a year.  I have not heard of others with this type of injury and repair so I wanted to journal it here.  I hope my entries will help someone else someday.  Thank you for visiting my site.
