This page is intended to keep everyone updated on the most recent progress of Tanner. Each day if you click on the links above, the journal will state what the update for the day is, the gallery provides photos of Tanner, and if you click on the 'ways to help' you can see ways his family can be supported.   About Tanner and why this page:  Tanner was in a serious motorcycle accident on July 30, 2017. Tanner is in the fight of his life.  Tanner has undergone brain surgery to remove the left side of skull in order to reduce swelling and stop bleeding. He has had 60cc's of fluid removed from the right side of his brain in order for both sides of his brain to communicate with each other.  Tanner was initially on heavy sedation and oxygen which have both been removed. He has most recently been struggling with fevers that come and go and therefore visits have been reduced until this is under control.    Tanner is strong.  We continue to pray that each day Tanner responds to commands from the Dr and that his brain heals.  At this point we are told this is a long process of recovery, what that looks like varies depending on his response.  We will keep you posted.
A donation to Caring Bridges does not go to Tanner but supports this sight, donations to support Tanner should be made through the fundraising link
