Welcome to our CaringBridge site. We've created it to keep friends and family updated. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement during this time when it matters most. I wanted to start this CaringBridge site for Sue because I found in the past with others who have used this site that sometimes its a little easier to give updates through here for everyone to check in on her to cut down on all the phone calls and text messages for her and her family. As we know Sue loves everyone and wants to keep everyone in the loop. We all know she loves to be social, but also most important we all want her to rest and heal :). We will try to post as often as we can with updates on Sue along her journey of fighting this horrible cancer. She is truly a Amazing inspiration on how positive she is and always keeping a smile on her face ! Keep her in your thoughts and Prayers ! Suzanne Bish Blackburn is 48 years old and has been recently diagnosed with Stage 4 breast cancer. In 2014, she battled breast cancer. Her treatment included surgery, chemotherapy and radiation. Sue was in remission until recently. She started having pain which became unbearable making it difficult for her to do her daily routine and her job as a full time dental assistant. She had to stop working and is currently awaiting disability income (getting disability is a long process). Sue is facing a very overwhelming task of fighting this disease as well as having lost her income. This cancer is a very aggressive one that has metastasized. Sue has started treatment and her treatment by the care at University of Maryland. Please donate on "Sue's Medical Fun on Gofundme ".
