On August 15, 2016 I was diagnosed with denovo metastatic breast cancer. The cancer had already spread to my bones, but no tumor has ever presented in my breast. My wonderful doctor calls me her "complicated" patient. I'm a complicated person, so I own that moniker with great pride. At some point I will go back and fill in my past history---but that's for another day. It's time to keep all my family and friends updated in one place!
Feel free to ask all the questions you want or need--it is important to me that everyone gets all the information they need. Send jokes too---I apologize in advance---I can be a bit raunchy. My co-posters will be my handsome, strong and all so wonderful husband, Ed, my bfs (best friend sister) Eileen, and my bff (best friend forever) Lisa.
