Background---Susan was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma (MM) on 13 March of this year, and started Chemotherapy on 25 March. Sue responded very well and has now completed 4 rounds of Chemo each lasting 3-4 weeks. Standard of care for 'healthy' people with MM, is chemo to knock down the plasma cells and then to have an Autologous Stem Cell Transplant. We enter this phase in July....
