Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. The evening of aug. 2 Susan had a incredible pain in her head.. Within minutes Brett had scooped her up and got her to the emergency room. They started treating her with migraine medication and it wasn't working. They were told it was protocaol to do a CT scan, that only 1 in 1000 will have issues. After the CT scan the doctor came in and told them she was the 1 in 1000 and that she did have a brain bleed. They immediately transferred her to Providence St. Vincent Hospital where they specialize in brain aneurysm. By 2:30 p.m. She was in surgery. The surgery took 5 hours. She has been surrounded by family and friends and lifted up in prayer and God is answering those prayers. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting.
