For those of you not familiar with my mom's journey with cancer, a brief overview. Mom was diagnosed with cervical cancer in May of 2015. She has undergone three rounds of intensive treatment over that time, and has had numerous scans along the way to see how the treatments are working. Last week, it was determined that the treatments were not going to be able to cure her cancer, or prolong her life for any meaningful length of time. Therefore, she has decided not to go through any further treatments. These updates will keep all of you informed on what is happening with my mom as we go on from here.
