Welcome to our CaringBridge website. In the spring of 2018, Nancy started having pain and other symptoms stemming from  her bladder. She went to numerous medical professionals including urologists, a gynecologist, and went through physical therapy. Nothing seem to be helping her symptoms. Months went on and her symptoms continued to get worse. No one seemed to know what was going on. Some speculating it could be from the Essure procedure she had done years ago, so she ended up getting a hysterectomy in order to remove the coils from the Essure procedure. However, this did not change her symptoms either. She ended up going to the University of Minnesota the summer of 2019, and still no results for her worsening pain. Above all, she has been also dealing with an unexplained neurological gait pattern on her right side for the last 3 years. She’s been to numerous neurologists and physical therapists who cannot give her answers. This has also been worsening over time in which she is having significant difficulty walking normally without having to struggle to control her leg. Recently she found out her job was going to transfer her unit to a different state in which if she didn’t go, she would lose her job., which is exactly what happened to many in her unit including her. She is now over the top stressed out as she was the insurance carrier in the family and will now be running out of her insurance in November. This has taken a huge toll on Nancy emotionally, physically and financially. We  are using this site it to keep family and friends updated in one place and to help provide Nancy with any emotional and/or financial support. We will not give up the effort to end her pain and suffering as she dearly does not deserve this type of life, now especially as a new grandmother, and as a person who was always there for everyone else. She has always been a solo fighter, but she needs people who can support her now more than ever.  We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting.
