Sue was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma in October of 2016. Multiple Myeloma is a cancer of the plasma cells that are located in the bone marrow. After a fractured vertebrae, fractured pelvis, several rounds of chemo and a lot of fight in her; the numbers of her lab results were down to the perfect place to proceed with a stem cell transplant at Froedert Hospital under Dr. Hari's care. Stem cell transplant is a very common part of treatment for this disease. This has been quite a ride for Sue already and her transplant is just the next leg of the journey! Welcome to Sue's CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting.
