Hi all, my friend Terri helped set up this Caring Bridge website so I could keep all my friends and family updated on my recent hiking injury and recovery. I've received so many kind emails and calls, and I'm already losing track of who I've told what to. So please forgive me if I use this as my updating platform. I've posted some pictures (don't worry, they're not too gory) as well. Please feel free to visit this site, or not to.

As far as ways to help, we've received so many offers of meals and visits, which have been wonderful. But my biggest wish is that you go outdoors and enjoy your summer and fall days. Go out and do something you love, whether its hiking, rock climbing, cycling, camping, dancing, exploring a new neighborhood, listening to an outdoor concert, playing with your dog, or having a picnic with people you love. Then post me a picture so I can live vicariously through you.

Love to you all,
Sue
