Sue Knauer Sue Knauer's Recovery

First post: Feb 11, 2018 Latest post: Mar 20, 2018
Sue had hip replacement surgery on January 30th at the University of Minnesota Medical Center.  The surgery went well, but her doctors had a very difficult time relieving her pain and tried different medications to make her comfortable.  Sue recovered for 7 days in the hospital and was discharged on February 5th.  She's now at a rehabilitation facility in Pine River, MN.  Sue is doing better each day and the care has been very good.  Physical and occupational therapy will help but the recovery process will take some time.
