As you may know, I'm waiting for a lifesaving transplant, and the costs are overwhelming. Fortunately, I've found an organization dedicated to helping me raise the funds that are absoutely essential. The National Foundation for Transplants has been helping patients like me since 1983, and with their assistance and the support of my family and friends, I know we can raise enough money for my transplant and the lifetime of follow-up care and medications that will keep me healthy.
