"Mom", "grandma", "sue" was originally diagnosed with thyroid cancer in Sept 2016. Since her original diagnosis, the cancer has metastasized to the veins in her neck, soft tissue surrounding her neck, inside the vein that pumps blood into the heart, and is located to some veins inside her lungs. With this recent finding, she has started radiation as first line of treatment. This may be followed up with chemotherapy, this will be determined at a later date. She is not a surgical candidate at this time. Although this is very difficult time for her and her family/friends, we feel Gods presence very much. We know He has a perfect plan for her and are trusting in His will for her and the rest of us. Thank you for the prayers and support, we all appreciate it more than words can explain.
