Hi everyone! Welcome to our caringbride site. This is not a gofundme page or intended for donations (all donations  made on here go to caringbridge) but simply to update friends and family so no one gets over looked. We want to start by saying thank you to everyone for all the support, prayers and encouraging words. It is more than appreciated! 

My dads story: 
My dad or "Coach" as many people call him, had been having stomach pain for a while, worse with eating, weight loss, fatigue and other issues. My mom scheduled him a colonoscopy in which he went to on Thursday Jan. 19, 2017. We were hoping and praying it was something easy to fix or could be controlled but that was not the case. Instead he was told he had the big "C" word. After CT scan and MRI results came back Friday (the next day), it was noted he had Stage IV Colon Cancer that has spread to the liver and lymph nodes. A spot on his lung was also seen but is unclear if it's cancer or not. He has a long road ahead starting with a Pet Scan on Tuesday Jan. 24 to see exactly where the cancer has spread: he will then need surgery to remove the tumor on his Colon,  Hoping this will relieve him of pain so he can eat again. Hoping for a quick recovery so chemo therapy can then begin. My parents are looking into hospitals to take him for treatments. This means a lot of traveling because we can only send him to the best! 


Cancer is no stranger to my family and all the challenges we have faced has broughten us closer and made us stronger. My dad is resilient and does not give up on anything he does! He is determined and ready to fight like hell and conquer!

 We are so unbelievable thankful for the support, encouragement, positive thoughts and prayers from everyone. This will keep him and my family strong through this fight! Updates will be posted frequently so here we go:
