It's called Basal Cell Nevus Syndrome. Up until 1995, I had never heard of it. I had a scabby area on the upper right part of my chest, so I decided to let a dermatologist check it out. Dr. Whyte asked me a bunch of questions & did a biopsy. Turned out to be a basal cell cancer & I had to get it cut out. 20+ years & over 100 skin cancers later, I now know a LOT more about BCNS. It’s also known as Gorlin Syndrome.
