Steve Silverman Steve's End Life Journey

Welcome to our CaringBridge website for Steve Silverman. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement.  Steve of course appreciates your visits and emails, though he may not be able to answer all the emails at this point.  This website is a way to send your well wishes and stay updated.

Steve has become a friend to many in the Woodstock neighborhood-  he is known for taking walks with his loving dog Fida and bringing laughter wherever he goes.

Over the past several months, Steve's health has been declining and he has been increasingly fatigued and uncomfortable.   Steve is now receiving support from hospice and has opted to work with the Oregon's Death with Dignity program.  It is likely that Steve will be soon going through the dying process.  Per Steve, he will kick the bucket on Sunday July 29th at 4pm.  You can come by to say your goodbyes.
