As many of you know Steve was hospitalized back in 2018 with a Pulmonary Embolism. After 3 days in the hospital he was sent home on oxygen and slowly came off it. Then in 2019 he was hospitalized again and this time he had multiple clots in all 5 lobes of his lungs. He has since been battling shortness of breath for 3 years now and none of his doctors have been able to figure out what is going on. His lung doctor finally referred him to a new cardiologist in February who sent him to a heart failure doctor last month. The have done multiple tests and on Friday he goes back to Piedmont for more tests and hopefully we will have answers as to what is causing his issues. After the last round of tests the heart failure doctor stated that he had thick blood. Keep on praying for us as we await these new tests and the out come.
