Steve was diagnosed with a genetic blood disorder approximately one year ago.  Recently things have taken a turn for the worst.  Currently he is at Johns Hopkins MICU unit.  The family as a whole have decide to keep visitors limited to family members only. 
Recently, Steve developed a blood infection (septice) and things went down hill rather quickly.   With changes good and bad we will try to update this page on a daily basis.
