Steve had not been feeling well for many weeks and had been seeing several doctors and having tests.
Steve was admitted to Baylor Heart Hospital on September 9, 2016 in preparation for a heart catheterization. However, the doctors felt his kidney numbers needed to be stabilized. After two weeks, the catheterization took place on Tuesday, September 19, 2016.
The doctors found arterial blockage requiring bypass surgery, which will take place on Thursday, September 22, 2016.
We will update this site with his progress. We would love for you to continue in prayer for the surgery, the doctors, Steve's recovery and rehab, and Troie's stamina in ministering to Steve. We know that Steve is in God's hands and will keep him close.
