Steve Bauer

In June, 2014, Steve checked himself into the hospital.   While, there, testing revealed cancer of unknown origin, but suspected to be either pancreatic, colon or gall bladder cancer.  He began chemo in July, 2014,  and rapidly declined.  In September, 2014, Steve's family moved him into his daughter's home in Virginia, where he was lovingly cared for with the help of Hospice.  Upon his wishes, a second medical opinion and additional testing revealed the cancer had metastasized throughout his body.  Steve passed away peacefully in his sleep the morning of Saturday, October 25, 2014.  Our family welcomes your memories, stories and thoughts about Steve, and we thank you so much for taking time to visit this site.
