Steve and I have been monitoring a low grade glioma (relatively slow-growing  tumor) in the right frontal lobe of his brain for 7 years. Each year it continued to grow. Recently, he had his first surgery on April 12 to remove the tumor. They removed a 35mm mass (size of a plum). He had a seizure during surgery and they had to stop. Post surgery scans revealed approximately 25% of the tumor still remains. Steve is scheduled to have his second surgery on June 8. Surgery will most likely be followed by radiation and chemo.

Matthew 19:26 states, "But Jesus beheld [them], and said unto them, With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible." And so we are asking for you to join us in prayer every day leading up to the surgery and continued afterwards through radiation and chemo treatments. I will post one prayer request/focus each day. Please be prayer warriors with us!
