Tuesday afternoon Stan was going up to clean the plumping vent on the roof. And slipped on some ice when stepping from the ladder to roof. The fall was ok but the sudden stop at the bottom hurt a fair bit. He went to the GP hospital where they did some X-rays and ct scans and determined that there is a couple broken ribs and a fractured pelvis on the left side.
