Our Dad was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer that metastasized to the brain. Dad had SRS radiation, but continues to decline. He no longer is mobile and spends his days in a hospital bed being cared for by his family. He has elected for hospice care, which his doctor confirmed is a good choice. So we're respecting Dad's decision and hope to make his final days with us dignified and peaceful.
