Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. Stacy has Paget’s breast cancer, will have her double mastectomy surgery on Monday, November 23rd. She will be at Henry Mayo in Santa Clarita until Tuesday (24th) or Wednesday (25th). She will then go back for her reconstructive surgery Monday, November 30. It will be a 10 hour surgery, and Stacy will stay there for an additional week. Unfortunately, she will be alone this whole time because Tom and the rest of her family is unable to be with her due to Covid. So she’s really going to depend on our prayers, encouragement, and uplifting words that you post on this site. She won’t be able to respond to your messages, as she won’t have much movement after either surgeries. But she will be reading them. Let’s show her our love. We will also keep you updated on this site as things progress.

If you’d like to bring Stacy’s family a meal, please click on the “Ways to help” tab on this site, and it will take you to the meal train. The only thing they don’t like is fish. Also, If you prefer instead to get them a restaurant gift card, that is equally appreciated.

We encourage you to leave her an uplifting message by going to “Well Wishes” tab.

Also, if you get a message when you sign on here to donate $30, that does not go to the Thompson family. That goes to caring bridge; just thought I’d make that clear.

Thanks everyone!!! Xoxo
