Paul (Skeeter) Cappert Skeeter

Paul’s story started in May of this year when we noticed he was losing weight and muscle mass. June 3rd started a workup of what’s going on! 
Paul has lost 30 pounds, has had extreme fatigue and fevers of unknown origin.
The last 3 weeks Paul has been in the Emergency room 3 times and hospitalized. Presently he is now at Froedtert hospital being worked up by 3 teams of doctors-medicine, oncology and rheumatology. All 3 teams are working together diligently to figure our Paul out! 
Plan is a biopsy of a lymph node and possibly of his sacral area (lower part of his spine) this coming Monday.
Ruling out cancer first and when that is proven negative the rheumatology team will evaluate for an autoimmune disease.
